A tax organizer will help you pull together all of your tax information and avoid missing important deductions.
This basic individual income tax organizer is designed for new clients. Existing clients receive an annual "proforma" tax organizer, which includes important prior-year data and carryover information that is specific to their individual circumstances.
Please complete the following steps to take advantage of this free tax organizer:
1. Click on the "View Tax Organizer" button below to bring up the organizer in a new window.
2. Print the organizer. Fill out all the information you can. Then, call me to schedule an appointment.
3. Bring your tax organizer, a complete copy of your prior year return, and all current year tax documents (Forms W-2, 1099, etc.) to our meeting.
